SomatoRespiratory Integration (SRI)
SRI is a series of 12 different exercises that focus on breathing and body awareness in order to awaken to our internal vibrations, wisdom, and rhythms. Through this revolutionary method, we can amplify internal resources that seemed to be previously unavailable and invisible within, and become more present with ourselves and others. These simple to learn and easy to apply exercises also assist the higher brain centers in becoming more aware and responsive to the body.
