Join Susan and Wanda for Yoga at Salus this fall. Classes will be held on *Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7 p.m.
$12 / class. Cash or Check only please.
Flow/Restorative Yoga every Wednesday from 7-8pm
Stationary Yoga: 7pm – 8:15pm

Join us to challenge yourself to play, stay in the moment and add a little variety to your exercise routine or yoga practice. The sequence of poses will be powerful and taught step-by-step for those first trying yoga, while also offering modifications to challenge more seasoned yogis! We will stay present through breathing, and build strength and flexibility through movement. Join this class and be a “Yes” for positive energy, getting sweaty, and wellness in your life.
The 28 poses in the stationary series work all body systems. The class will focus on proper alignment to tone and strengthen muscles while integrating breathing and relaxation techniques. This class is accessible and beneficial for all individuals. Try this class for relaxation, strength building, and a positive, healthy mind and body.
